Terms of Service

Last updated: August 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing drakonops.com (the "Site") or purchasing services from Drakon Inc, a Texas corporation, d/b/a Drakon Ops ("Drakon," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase services.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any form or payment flow.

3. The Operations Audit engagement

The Operations Audit is a one-time paid engagement (currently $2,500, processed via Stripe) in which Drakon reviews your business operations and delivers a written findings-and-recommendations report. Scope, scheduling, and deliverables are as described at purchase or in a separate statement of work; where a statement of work exists, it controls. The audit is an assessment engagement — it does not by itself include implementation of any recommendation. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

The $2,500 audit is 100% credited toward any qualified build signed within 30 days. A "qualified build" is a build contract of at least $6,000. The credit is limited to one credit per build and expires if not redeemed within the 30-day window.

4. Payment

Prices are stated in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; by paying, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. We do not store your card details.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by Drakon. Deliverables produced for you under a paid engagement are licensed to you for your internal business use upon full payment. Drakon retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and know-how, including improvements to them made during an engagement. Your data remains yours.

6. Disclaimers

The Site and all deliverables are provided "as is." Drakon does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice; recommendations are operational in nature and your decisions based on them are your own. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drakon's total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or any engagement is limited to the amounts you paid to Drakon for the engagement giving rise to the claim, and Drakon is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for disputes lies in the courts of the State of Texas.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date.
