A luminous azure knowledge-graph mind reading from a sealed vault — understanding, not just storage.

Drakon Cipher · Your knowledge, made intelligent

Better answers, faster, the moment you need them.

Your data on your stack is a filing cabinet. Cipher is the mind that reads it — a governed, reasoning brain over your company's knowledge that answers in seconds, cites where it got it, and never gives you a stale answer.

The thesis

Storing your knowledge isn't the same as understanding it.

Getting your documents onto a private box you own (that's Forge) means your team can search them. But search isn't understanding. The answer to a real question — "how do we handle a warranty claim on a job we subbed out three years ago?" — is spread across a contract, an email, and an SOP, and no keyword pulls it together. Cipher is the layer that does: it reads how your knowledge connects and reasons out the answer.

How it works

A governed brain, not a search box.

Cipher builds a knowledge graph over your data and retrieves by MEANING, not just matching words — blending semantic search, your structured records, and recency, then re-ranking so the best answer surfaces first. It routes each question to only the knowledge that matters, answers with citations, and governs itself: every fact has a freshness posture and a promotion path, contradictions get caught, and stale or conflicting information never reaches your team. Optionally, we fine-tune a model to your business so it speaks your language natively. The result is an answer you can act on — and trust.

The stack

Forge is the vault. Cipher is the mind.

  • Drakon Forge gives your data a home you own — raw documents and records loaded onto private hardware in your building, with basic search. Sovereign, but literal.
  • Drakon Cipher is the intelligence on top — the reasoning, the governance, the understanding of how everything connects. This is the part competitors can't copy.

Cipher needs an AI to run on: run it on Forge (owned, in your building, nothing leaves) or on managed models to start (still private, no hardware yet). Own the vault, add the mind, run the business — each sold on its own, or bundled to save.

Who it's for

For expertise trapped in documents and people.

Companies whose expertise is trapped in documents and long-tenured people — contractors, firms, operators with years of jobs, SOPs, and hard-won answers a new hire can't absorb fast. If onboarding takes months because "you just have to know where things are," Cipher is the fix.

What's included

What you get.

  • A knowledge graph + semantic index over your data — understanding, not keyword match.
  • Reasoned answers with citations — the answer AND where it came from.
  • Self-governing freshness — promotion, contradiction detection, staleness control, so the brain never serves an out-of-date or conflicting answer.
  • Question routing — it consults only the knowledge a question actually touches.
  • Optional fine-tuning — a model tuned to your business's language and patterns.
  • Ongoing curation so the brain stays current as new jobs and docs land.
  • Private by construction: your knowledge never trains anyone else's cloud.

  • Forge + Cipher + Aegis — 20% off the combined quote. The full sovereign stack — vault, mind, and the operating layer your business runs from.

Discounts apply to the combined custom quote, not to published floors. Scoped from what your Operations Audit finds.
