Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the one-time $2,500 Operations Audit purchased through drakonops.com from Drakon Inc, a Texas corporation, d/b/a Drakon Ops ("Drakon," "we," "us") and processed via Stripe. Where a signed statement of work states different terms, the statement of work controls.

1. Cancellation before work begins

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before audit work begins. Work begins at the scheduled kickoff call or the first document intake, whichever occurs first.

2. After work begins

Once audit work has begun, fees are non-refundable and no partial or prorated refunds are issued. This does not affect Section 4: if Drakon does not deliver the findings report, you receive a full refund.

3. Audit credit toward a build

The $2,500 audit is 100% credited toward any qualified build signed within 30 days. A "qualified build" is a build contract of at least $6,000. The credit is limited to one credit per build and expires if not redeemed within the 30-day window.

4. If we cancel

If Drakon cancels an engagement before delivering the audit report for reasons other than your breach of the Terms of Service, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for the undelivered engagement.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling a booked audit is not a cancellation and carries no fee when requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.

6. How to request a refund

Send your request to support@drakonops.com with your name, company, and payment receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe; processing times are set by Stripe and your card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
